Villa in Paros was a three bedroom Terrace. The bedrooms are small they were clean and comfortable with wardrobes with hanging space and a place to put your bag. There was a washing machine with detergent which was useful. Upstairs was a large open plan in area with sofas, TV, dining room table and a very well equipped kitchen however no dishwasher. The balcony was great in the morning as shaded but from about 11 am it was in full sun with no shade. The host was always quick to respond. Location was good. Good air conditioning.

Down sides as it was a terrace we could hear people in the other houses Next Door also hear them use and flush the toilet. Balcony wasn’t very private especially when the Next Door neighbours were sitting on their balcony. There was a few maintenance items need to be addressed mainly broken tiles outside on the path, tired looking pots and some attendance required to the garden. The path up to the house was difficult to find and on one side overgrown and on the other an uneven surface, being Rocky and difficult to navigate on a motorcycle or car. The initial hand over of keys was very formal and though we’d booked through booking.com we were made to sign a new contract. All three bedrooms were made up including towels for total of 6 guests, we were x5. They pointed out that I made an error on the booking form that stated the incorrect number of guests and therefore had to pay a surcharge In Euros €€€.

The property was very clean and spacious!

The property is difficult to find and the driveway to the property is an unsealed road which can be difficult to walk on especially at night when there are no lights and impossible to roll a suitcase

Lena was super helpfull with everything, the location was walking distance from center. The home was clean and fun, quiet and great facilities. Super recommend.

Our host was awesome and easily available. The location was close to town but also quiet. We had a group of 5 and had more than enough room. The porch was amazing.
