Disappointing

Location and facilities

Unfortunately the experience of the accommodation of Caper-2 was very disappointing and frustrating. I’ve booked the apartment for 5 teenaged girls, daughters of friends of mine, who during their stay, had to endure daily the presence of insects (cockroaches), in large numbers everyday, which were all over the apartment the total stay of the youngsters. When they’ve contacted the host to complain and ask for assistance, he replied that the problem was that they were leaving the window screens open and that’s why they had these terrible visitors. One key element of this apartment is its veranda, which is highly recommended and advertised online, so having the whole time the screens down to avoid “guests” is not an excuse. The host, did not try to help those girls at all and he was very unpolite and judgmental to them, by trying to find various excuses for this problem which they had not created. It seems that having to pay a hugely expensive daily rate for this apartment, the management would have taken care of that not only by trying to find a solution and not react in such bad manners, but to be more condescending to this terrible problem they were facing. The same behavior was received to one’s of the teenagers father, when he called to complain about the situation, because the girls were miserable. It would seem only fair if you pay upfront and without refund options such an expensive accommodation, to receive at least a respectful attitude by the hosts. I personally feel very embarrassed by this whole situation, since as a Genius Level-3, Iwas misled by the good comments of the apartment and I’ve suggested this accommodation to people I know.

Amazing suite, very friendly hostess at the heart of Naoussa

Amazing location at the heart of Naoussa, but tucked away just enough for a quiet, relaxing sleep at night. Eliza was amazing and helped us out with our entire check-in and check-out process. She organized transportation for us from the Port in Parikia into Naoussa!

Perfect to experience Naousa!

facilities were great, really comfortable for a long stay with all the necessities covered and all small touches of details adding to the experience positively. location was also top, located in the village center while also being very quiet. the view from the balcony was really nice, ideal for watching the sunset over the Naousa roofs and looking at the Aegean Sea.

Exceptional

Fantastic find in Naoussa, Paros. Very spacious and comfortable 2bed, 2 bathroom home right in Naoussa, only steps away from the meandering alleyways of the port, but just far enough to not be disturbed by noise for a good nights sleep. The Home was wonderfully appointed, with all the required products, utensils, amenities and appliances needed for a stay in Paros. The staff were knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. The accommodation was very clean, beds were comfortable and the outlook from the (large) balcony was unbeatable, looking out over the town and sea. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location & view clean modern apartment in Nauossa

Location was amazing and the view was spectacular! You are right in the village and can walk to everything. The beach is a short walk away, a great winery is within waking distance and the little port where you can get a water taxi to a few wonderful beaches is a quick 5-8 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and the bathrooms/showers were very nice and brand new! The kitchen is new and was well stocked, including coffee ( regular coffee pot and Nespresso machine) ready to use when you arrived. Parking was within walking distance and free. The AC and washing machine worked very well and there are drying racks on the patio. The outside patio had table and 4 chairs and a cushioned lounge area to relax with an amazing view of the water and village. We watched the boats on the water and it was very relaxing. Check-in and out was very easy and smooth. Alex and Elisa were very responsive to emails and texts when we had questions or needed information. They will provide recommendations for restaurants and activities via email. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. The beds were a little too firm, but we got used to them.

Incredible stay in a beautiful home with an unbelievable balcony

There are two large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on separate floors, which is hard to find in a 2 bed property. This was perfect for our stay as we were two couples and so both had our own area. The host had thought of everything, from a large array of spices for home cooking, loads of coffee pods for our morning coffees on the balcony, and a washing machine we could use. The balcony was the showstopper, it was much bigger than the pictures make it look so we were pleasantly surprised. The sunset from the balcony is amazing and we spent most early evenings there with a beer watching the sun go down. The property was in a perfect location, right in the middle of Naousa but as soon as the doors were shut we could hear absolutely no noise coming from the partying on the streets. If we return to Naousa we will stay here again without a doubt.

L’appartement est un peu étroit et le bas est un peu sombre mais très confortable et cosy.
