About this house rental

The "Dream House" is located in Naousa in a seaside area just 250 meters from the town centre (about 3-4 minutes' walk), 9.4 kilometres from the port of Paros in Paroikia (about 15 minutes) and 19.3 kilometres from Paros Airport to Aliki (about 28 minutes). Naoussa is a place where hundreds of tourists visit each year. It is considered one of the best holiday destinations in the summer months. The "Dream House" is next to a mini market just 15 meters away from it, which is open most hours of the day. There are also 3 bigger supermarkets in a very close distance. Just under the house (as you can see from the photos) there is a fantastic beach and its name is "Big Pepper". In addition, in the centre of Naoussa, you will find cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, and leisure areas in general, enjoying unique moments. But the most beautiful moment is a walk in the picturesque alleys of the village where there is a wide variety of shops and tourist attractions, restaurants, art and culture. Finally, the reason why you will like my place is the location, the outside space, the environment and, of course, the brand new facilities of the "Dream House". We are looking forward to meeting you, having unforgettable moments in our amazing island of Paros!!!

Maria was an amazing host. Met us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment. She lives downstairs so she was right there if we needed anything, but was otherwise completely unobtrusive. No, it's not an inexpensive place but well worth the money. Incredible location a short walk to town. We couldn't have picked a better place!

We spent a few days in Paros, and it wasn't nearly enough! The island, village of Naoussa and this property were all beautiful, and we enjoyed every minute! Maria's dream house is exactly that, it was everything we needed and more. Bigger than in the photos, incredible views and close to town and beaches. Maria was warm and welcoming and was available at any time. She's the perfect host, and we highly recommend her house for your next stay in Naoussa. Efcharisto, Maria!!

Maria's apartment is amazing. Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights in Aug and loved everything about it. The view from the balcony was especially stunning and we took every advantage to soak it in. In terms of location, the apartment was a very short walk to the downtown area where all the restaurants, bars, shopping and ferries are located. Maria was a fantastic host and we'd love to stay there again someday!

We stayed at the Naoussa dream house in August 2023, and had an amazing time. Maria and her family are wonderful hosts. They greeted us when we arrived, and attended to our every need. The property as well, laid out and clean, with new appliances. The view from the outdoor space is magnificent, and the ocean and surf were audible. The only downside which should be noted is that the walk to town, while short, requires descending, and then upon return climbing, 60 steps. The walk to the beach is an additional 20 or so steps. That said, we appreciated the exercise, and found a location to be perfect for accessing Naoussa. I would recommend renting a car so that the rest of Paros can be explored. We can’t overstay the generosity of Maria and her family, and would strongly recommend choosing this location for a home stay, particularly for a family.

The location was ideal; we felt like locals yet steps away from the action. The apartment overlooked a beautiful beach and the neighboring boutique hotel pool and outside lounge area. Although it was a bit of a tease not to be able to go to the pool, it was beautiful to enjoy looking at. The place was a bit tight with our family of three teen girls but we made it work as we weren’t hanging out at the apartment much. Maria was lovely and very responsive and helpful with questions. The only downsides were that there wasn’t much of a comfortable living space to hang out and the bathrooms were a big small. I don’t care for hand held showers so it wasn’t the most luxurious of bathrooms. But, since we didn’t have much downtime and enjoyed the beautiful beaches and location close to cute boutiques and restaurants, the apartment was a fine place to sleep and enjoy breakfast.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is in a great location, is clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Our host was very helpful and went out of her way to help coordinate our ability to get tested for before our return to the US.

We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and bay, walked 2 minutes to the beach or 4 minutes into Very cool Naoussa Village, our caught a 10 minute boat ride to another out of this world beach. Loved it all!

This place is everything it states and more! We sat on the balcony every night with a bottle of wine to watch the sunset...make sure you stay an extra half hour after it goes down...that is when the the beauty in the sky appears!!! Gorgeous location to watch it. The house is perfectly located above a nice beach (too windy when we were there, but stairs lead right down to it). Easy walk to the town of Naoussa (stairs with railing to the main street was helpful for my 70 year old mom). This town ended up being my favorite town on our trip...definitely visit during the day and night...2 totally different scenes. Great food, great people, and good shopping (found more local shops rather than the touristy types). It is so nice to have a home feel on vacation...this property was perfect for us!!! And last but not least...Maria was wonderful! Messages were returned very quickly and she was great with her recommendations for food, beaches, and things to do. I hope to come back :-)

Maria was the perfect host. She checked in on us daily - was waiting for us when we arrived, let us check in at noon rather than 3pm which was helpful. She was so friendly and kind. The apartment was beautiful. The middle room had no a/c so too hot for our child so she slept on the couch but it was fine. The View is AMAZING. bring towels for the beach- I had thought there would be some but she only had bath towels. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or location-- 3 minute walk to downtown Noussa for all the restaurants shopping etc. it was perfect.
