Ochre Dream, Beach front & Sunset villa Naousa

Rustic apartment close to Naoussa centre, but away from the crowds. Apartment had great balcony facing the beach with great sunsets. There is also a bakery/cafe and supermarket a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

The shower is not enclosed and there is only a handheld showerhead (no overhead showerhead) which resulted in the entire toilet getting wet after showering. Plumbing appeared old as we could hear neighbouring apartments flushing their toilet.

the view and location was perfect - IF you had one of the apartments that was not on the road as apartment 1 where we stayed was.

the apartment was for four people but had no inside seating just a table and two chairs only for the balcony that can only fit two people in anyway. So not for four people. It is also the only apartment accessed from outside the gated area you see on the photos so is next to the road and therefore noisy constantly with traffic and a view of the road albeit also the sea from this small balcony. This said if you are lucky to NOT get apartment one we saw all others and their views and space outside and noise levels are in a. different league so worth the money!

Στα θετικά είναι η απρόσκοπτη και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, η εξαιρετική τοποθεσία του καταλύματος στην αρχή της Νάουσας, η άμεση ανταπόκριση της Στεφανίας όταν προέκυψε κάποιο θέμα .

Το κατάλυμα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Προφανώς η αρχιτεκτονική του ακολουθεί το λιτό κυκλαδίτικο στυλ αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο περιποιημένο και περισσότερο διακοσμημένο. Ιδιαίτερα το μπάνιο και η κουζίνα έχουν αρκετές φθορές. Δεν ανταποκρινεται στην τιμή του, εκτός αν πληρώνουμε μόνο τη θέα

Helle Wohnung und gute Aussicht.

Gebucht hatten wir ein Haus, doch leider war es eine Wohnung im Obergeschoss ohne Terrasse, dafür vorne ein kleiner Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer raus ein etwas grösserer Balkon. Dusche ohne Abtrennung, somit permanent Überschwemmung im Bad, kein Halter für die Brause, Wasserhähnen fielen leicht ab, ebenfalls die Lichtschalter vom Bad. Alles in allem etwas in die Jahre gekommen, daher zu teuer.
