- Location, terrace.
- The flat is really nice. All important things are available.
- Parking lot
- cookware, for example there was no cutting board, or I was not able to find it.
- bed linen should be replaced for something better in my opinion.

Расположение апартаментов и подземный паркинг выше всяких похвал. На кухне большое количество посуды и приспособлений делает очень комфортным приготовление пищи. Помимо капсульной кофеварки в верхнем шкафчике есть гейзерная. Купленный по просьбе клиента фильтр для воды ещё никем не использовался, но возможность есть (спасибо хозяину за отзывчивость). Терраса 40м в тёплое время года может быть дополнительным местом для общения, но сейчас там прохладно. Коммуникация с владельцем была очень хорошей.
