1. Very good location: 10-15min walk to Palac Branickich and Rynek Kosciuszki. 2. Apartment well equiped. Nice furnitures. Very clean 3. Owners very helpful and reachable when needed 4. No problem with parking 5. Good balance between quality and price

The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. The shower was amazing and so was the rest of the bathroom.

This is based on 10 days staying (mother and daughter, travelled from abroad) The sofa was absolutely revolting. It was dirty with big stains. We had to ask for extra sheets to cover it in order to sit on it. The owner said it wasn't his fault but the previous tenants. On request there was a possibility to get the sofa washed but we had to leave the apartment between 8am until 4pm. And afterwards we would have had no where to sit whilst it's drying. They have no time in-between bookings as they are fully booked. This is greed. Two building sites (one long term apartment building) with noisy work starting at 6 and 7am including Saturdays. Internet was provided but the wifi was only working in certain areas in the flat. We had to keep moving in order to connect to it. Very frustrating. Didn't work at the table meaning I couldn't join important work meetings on my laptop. Google wasn't even responding. Very noisy during the night, couldn't sleep with our windows open because groups of youngsters were walking, singing, shouting, blasting music near by. No microwave, no cooker, no dishwasher, no toaster, no sugar, no coffee, only thing provided was a small jar of salt. You can only cook by frying, be aware you have to buy your own oil and washing machine powder. Not even one portion of it was available. The owner owns several flats in the building. The pictures advertising the flat are a mixure of the several properties. The sofa shown in the photos is not what you actually get. I don't see nessersary being traced and reporting to the owner 20 minutes before arrival. When you are on roaming and paying fully in advance you should be provided the code to the property straight away.
