Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nie było problemu z parkingiem. Jeśli chodzi o ocenę wewnątrz - podwyższyłam lekko na zachętę, bo jest jeszcze sporo pracy , ale jest też duży potencjał. Mieszkanie jest duże, ciche, ma większość potrzebnych rzeczy (brakowało nam ekspresu). Wiele rzeczy jest nowych, jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie , ale są też zabytkowe 😉 Ogólnie, mamy dobre wrażenia. Białystok nie jest łatwym miastem, jeśli chodzi o wynajem czegoś większego i to mieszkanie, po małych poprawkach, będzie bardzo korzystne.
Koniecznie muszą się pojawić rolety w oknach i trzeba zadbać o czystość ścian - pomalować , może da się umyć. W kabinie prysznicowej błąd konstrukcji - woda się leje na zewnątrz. Łóżeczko dziecięce wymaga odświeżenia.
