Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, wokół dużo sklepów i plac zabaw. Mieszkanie duże z balkonem, czyste i praktyczne.
Kuchnia dość słabo wyposażona, w szufladach było brudno i leżała np. spalona patelnia.

Dobra lokalizacja, niska w miare cena jak za 2 pokoje, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Łatwo zaparkować pod blokiem, blisko sklepy.
Bardzo zaniedbane mieszkanie, brudne. Widać, że kiedyś było nowoczesne, ładne. Niestety, powyrywane kontakty ze ścian, brudna łazienka (wc obrzydliwe, odór, pleśń, listwy rozlazłe z wilgoci), dziury w kołdrze wypalone fajkami, kable, krzesło na którym strach usiaść, na balkonie porozrzucany w częściach stary mop… no było to przykre. Może jeszcze zadbacie o ten apartament…
