A very kind and caring landlord. The house itself is amazing—very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family visits. It’s fully equipped with kitchenware, bathroom essentials, and towels, and the air conditioning is very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop just outside. It takes about 7 minutes by bus to reach the Old Town, and the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away—absolutely beautiful.

La struttura era molto pulita e in posizione ottimale, circa 5 minuti di uber e 20 minuti a piedi, eventualmente é vicina anche alla fermata del bus e adiacente ad un parco con tantissimo verde. A pochi metri é presente un supermercato e un piacevole ristorante dove pranzare. La casa é super attrezzata con climatizzatori in tutte e 3 le camere da letto e una lavatrice. Katarina super disponibile, al nostro arrivo erano presenti anche delle bevande.
Purtroppo sfortunatamente nel bagno principale c’era un cattivo odore dovuto probabilmente te ad un problema condominiale.

Apartment is well managed, clean and have all the needed facilities. Communication with host and lot of useful information was provided to make our stay comfortable. Three AC bedrooms and two full bathtoorms made it very convenient for two families and kids. Nearby supermarkets, bus stop and uber pick up. City center is 5 mins away by car/uber.
Finding Parking is a big hassle and it was very difficult to find empty spots , most of the times parking is full in the nearby apartment streets and had to make number of rounds to find spot further away. Please be careful as parking at non parking areas can end up in fines and car pick up. Main entry to apartment is from backside of the building which is not nice area to enter in.
