Very clean, has everything you need. Friendly and accommodating host. Close to beach with beautiful views and the water is clear.

The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The apartment was very well maintained and extremely clean. I highly recommend this place. There is also excellent parking available, which is rare in Split. One of the few apartments in the area with such great conditions. I look forward to coming back again.

Honestly, everything was great. If I had to suggest any improvement, it would only be small details, but nothing that affected my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Split! Robert, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early, but he kindly arranged a safe place for us to store our luggage until the apartment was ready, so we could start enjoying our day right away. We were able to relax at the beach and swim in the sea just a short walk from the property, which was the perfect way to begin our holiday. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for discovering Split, yet it was peaceful and quiet at night. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!
