It was absolutely perfect :))

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Split! Robert, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early, but he kindly arranged a safe place for us to store our luggage until the apartment was ready, so we could start enjoying our day right away. We were able to relax at the beach and swim in the sea just a short walk from the property, which was the perfect way to begin our holiday. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for discovering Split, yet it was peaceful and quiet at night. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split!

the 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous, The balcony was huge with a fabulous sea view. Robert was very attentive and has thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable and there if you need anything. I would recommend this property. 🇭🇷

Robert our host was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the whole area. The apt was better than expected. Super clean and roomy. With everything you would need. We will definitely be staying again with Beachside Apartments Znjan.

City & Beach

The apartment is modern, large, well equipped, has a fantastic shower (never experienced such water pressure in 10 years of travelling to Croatia lol) and really offers everything you need for a family stay (a nice kitchen with kitchen table a large comfy couch in front of the TV etc.). The balcony is equally large and there are always areas that are in the shadow during the day so you can also use your laptop/tablet whilst sitting outside. There are two shops right downstairs that offer all the daily supplies you will need but since you are in Split shopping is not really a problem anyway. The shops downstairs, however, also mean that there is a small street which is great for parking your car but please bear in mind that this means that there is going to be some traffic. Just trying to manage expectations here: You are in Split which is a large city so bear that in mind - it is not a secluded village on an island in the Adriatic Sea. From the balcony you have a great view on a popular beach with several beach bars. Again, this is a big city and yes you will hear it when there is a concert on the beach etc. For a stay in Split with a family and if you want to have both the big city and a beach + all the other opportunities the ferry port offers (15-20 min. UBER ride to get to the ferry port - don't take a regular taxi!), then this is the perfect apartment and the host (Robert) is a great and helpful person.

Split was beautiful and there are loads of things to do for a family. The host was excellent.

Robert the owner/host was very friendly and helpful; absolutely fantastic. The apartment was very clean and the location was excellent as it overlooks the coast / beach. We will come back again and again!

Awesome place right next to the beach

Nice cozy apartment, just like in photos. There is everything you need. Great location, lovely beach 4 minutes walk. Very pleasant and helpful owner, if we needed something - he immediately responded to our requests. When we checked in, Robert explained everything to us and advised the places on the map. Also provided closed parking on the territory of the house. And upon check out, he presented a small Croatian present :) Appreciated it! We were completely delighted to rest here! Will definitely stay at these apartments again when we return to Split.

it was really a very good choice, a stone's throw from the beach, a sublime view, several beaches nearby, well-equipped apartment, Robert is an exceptional host, very kind and he explains everything to you and gives you addresses in the city , don't think twice, just take it

The host is really friendly, he gave us an introduction to the hotspots and good quality restaurants in Split. He was always available for questions via Whatsapp and responded very quickly. The appartment was clean and everything we needed was there. The location is the best of Split if you are looking for a place near the beaches and the city centre.

Great stay at Beachside Apartments Znjan

Very nice hotel! The host Robert was a great help and very social guy. He explained a lot to us and was very patient and flexible. The hotel is very quiet with great beds and a nice shower. It's also really close to the beach. We had a great time and can really recommend it to other people!

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment

The location of the apartments ist perfect, a 5 min walk to the beach and you will reach the center of split by bus or Uber within a couple of minutes too! Our apartment had an incredible view on the beautiful adriatic sea from a huge balcony! The owner is the most friendly and helping person I’ve ever met. You can ask him anything you want and he shows you the best places to visit during your stay. We fell in love with Croatia, are very happy with our experience and are definitely coming back to Beachside apartments! Thank you!
