Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich und hat uns zum Beispiel mit der ZTL weitergeholfen beziehungsweise es für uns beantragt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wenn doch, bin ich mir sicher, dass der Gastgeber uns ohne zu zögern, weitergeholfen hätte. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist auch fußläufig erreichbar.
Ein wirklich schönes, historisches Gebäude mit viel Charakter. Durch die alte Bausubstanz und die eingeschränkte Möglichkeit zur Durchlüftung war ein leichter, typischer Geruch alter Gebäude wahrnehmbar. Das hat uns insgesamt nicht den Aufenthalt verdorben, sollte aber erwähnt werden, da sich der Geruch teilweise auch an der Kleidung bemerkbar gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft hat aber auch eine Waschmaschine, so dass wir die betroffene Kleidung problemlos vor abfahrt waschen konnten.

El alojamiento es espacioso, y tiene buena ubicación, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estadía en ortigia.
Tiene un exceso de humedad desastroso, no solo es el olor, es que todo se siente húmedo, inclusive al acostarse en la cama se sentía, lo cual impedía el sueño. Tras dormir una noche ahí, amanecí al siguiente día con dolor de garganta, creo que tiene un problema de salubridad, y no tiene nada que ver con la isla o que esté cerca al mar que fue lo que nos dijo el dueño.
