Ingoldmells - Caravan- Sleeps 8 - Seaside - Wi-Fi

Location was amazing, host was kind polite and responsive

Overall we had a good experience in the caravan. The location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the beach which was nice and sandy with lots of shells to collect. We saw some jellyfish and a seal. There is a Morrisons shop very close by on the site with a cash point that sells everything you would need. There was also a good range of bars, cafés and arcades etc down by the beach and parking was £2.50 for 2 hours. I would recommend Fantasy Island for the kids. It was much better than I expected and the wristbands were definitely good value for money. We got to see the fireworks display perfectly from.the caravan which is every Wed and Sat in the summer season. The caravan itself was stocked with everything you need like can opener, scissors etc and there was copking oil and salt provided. The TV was setup with youtube and Netflix which was useful. There were buckets and spades in the boiler cupboard which saved us having to buy some.

Only negatives were the quality of the bedding wasn't great, it was polyester and some pillow cases were coming apart. I paid £20 extra for it and cotton would have been more comfortable. Caravan decor is a little tired but still reasonable for the price.

The caravan is very family orientated, in a nice quiet area. Sadly the caravan is very tired and shows signs of significant repair needed, the decking was very wobbly, windows didn't close fully and some doors and door handles were inoperable, unfortunately this was made worse by the fact that the cleaners had not done a great job either,.with stained sideboards and dusty/bitty floors, the owners were very helpful, friendly and guided us with a little help.
