Great Location in ingoldmells but nothing else really to say regarding this caravan site.

With a Caravan Holiday being a number 1 choice for many people in the UK for a getaway compared to travelling abroad, you expect a reasonable standard to be obliged by, but I couldn't say this about this caravan. The pictures via Booking.com doesn't show the disgusting and rundown state of this caravan which for the £80 a night is a bit of a disgrace. Starting with the cleanliness, the caravan is very dirty and seems like it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The whole caravan is in need for a detail clean in all areas. -The Cooker didn't have a socket installed, so we were unable to use the oven which is a major inconvenience when you spend money to bring food to cook. Due to this, meals out or cold food was the only option. -All kitchen equipment old and dirty, fridge looks like it's never been cleaned. -Lights didn't work in some areas of the caravan. -Bathroom had built up with mould in the shower area and was very visible. Water took a long time to drain in the shower so created a horrible smell within the whole caravan. I could write a whole list of things not to a reasonable standard in this caravan but is not worse my time.

Great location

Could do with some maintenance, Gas igniter did not work on the cooker. Few of the doors didn’t have knobs on inside so unable to shut with ease. Needs a chopping board in kitchen

The only thing I liked was the owner moving us to a different caravan

from the outside it looks nice but inside was awful. It was dirty inside, food splatters over the ceiling and walls, grease marks on the worktops, it definitely hadn’t been cleaned. The fridge was dirty inside and the hob dirty. On the majority of the cupboards the laminate was peeling off and all the edges looked like they had been chewed. The sofas looked filthy, the bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken. the bedrooms looked the same. There were ants everywhere, all over the worktops etc and there was a general dirty smell. The only plus was the owner moving us to another van, that felt like the Ritz compared to the other one. It’s a very dated caravan, that in my opinion shouldn’t be up for hire

Very nice caravan, we was all comfy amd enjoyed our stay, modern enough, just been newly decorated too

The only thing I didn't like was having to light the gas fire would have preferred radiators , but its not a buggy there were electric heaters also

There was no central heating so no one could stay in the bedrooms ww had to all stay in living room where there was a fire as the rest of the caravan we were breathing frist out of us

The caravan is in need of so many repairs and it's not got heating throughout so as a family my kids were freezing at night and it's a bit dangerous no smoke alarms and the carbon dioxide detector had 1 battery so useless

Cleanliness finish touches on decor broken side seat outside greeted with full ashtray with fag ends in large camp bed left at side of double bed it was damp even toilet roll holder was rusty dining table formic pealing off shower wasn't clean rust around the door on the morning of leaving couldn't open the shower door scratch marks on the lino some of the curtains were dirty

Woody's bar , brilliant food descent price ,play area outside for kids & indoor soft play for younger kids ,they have people in the play area to keep an eye on the children & interact with them .

Some rowdy people ,but that could be said of any holiday place when to much alcohol is involved.

Awful stay. Never again.

The caravan was absolutely filthy (photos to prove) and the staff were very rude, they even had their rude so called ‘cleaner’ to call me after I complained. I was also refused my deposit back! Do not stay here!!
