The grandchildren had a lovely time and we enjoyed our stay

Close by to all attractions, good customer service from the owner

No outdoor furniture and clothes airer but apart from that everything was good

Sunnymede caravan park

It had 2 toilets,location was across the road from fantasy island and was spacious

Being charged £100 deposit incase you damage the caravan in which you are supposed to get back the following day at 1 o clock. but not stating there were plenty of damages that have been there for over a year which we found out by reading some reviews on booking.com makes you feel uncomfortable and paranoid that you may be charged for it. There was a rip in the flooring, a door with big hole as if been punched also a hole on the wall,a cabinet looked as if was chewed by a dog a few of the blinds were broke and all the sofa had a lot of stains on.i emailed the owner with pictures as soon as got in caravan but no response which made me paranoid that I may be charged and wouldn't get my £100 deposit back. Also the postcode on booking.com is wrong it sent us to another location

Perfect location extremely comfortable and clean accommodation

The property was very spacious. My little one was extremely happy with the toys and games provided. It was also very handy there was a high chair provided. The property was clean and very close to local amenities which was handy with two small children. There was milk provided which was lovely to be able to make a drink on arrival after a long travel. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick at responded with any queries. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. The shop located near by was super handy and has a Greggs located inside!

Clean caravan in an ideal location.

Location was incredibly close to Fantasy Island and only 5 mins walk to the beach. Clean caravan and easy access.

The pull out sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable but this didn’t bother us for the one night. Would have been an issue for longer stays.

The host is very nice and friendly and will make everything possible for you to have a great time.

Clean and there was everything you need for your comfort.

Is a mobile home, so is cold in the night and when the sun ☀️ heats the roof in the day is very hot inside. The cleaner doesn’t make a great job. 😳

It was okay for one night.

It was centrally located

The sofas were stained. One of the curtains was hanging off. There was some damage to a door and a cupboard. There was an unpleasant odour but we reduced this by keeping all the windows open. There were hairs in the bedding and in the bathroom sink. We were given an incorrect postcode so had difficulty finding the site. I was also given the wrong code for the lock box.
