Awful! Avoid! Money grabbers

Shocking for the price you pay and when you book on booking.com they come at your for an extra deposit on top! I would highly avoid as it was extremely out of date

Money grabbers! Absolutely awful make you pay then come back demanding more money or they won’t give you the code… had to keep ringing flr the code and we didn’t get in until gone 4pm! Andy used any excuse to keep the deposit! Honestly I’d rather of stayed in a tent on the windy beach then give them a penny.

I recently had an amazing vacation in a caravan that exceeded all my expectations. The caravan was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, from pots and utensils to an oven, microwave, air fryer, and freezer. The cleanliness of the caravan was impeccable, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the caravan couldn't have been better. With easy access to the road, it was just a 2-minute walk away. The convenience continued with nearby arcades for kids and various food shops. Additionally, the proximity to the beautiful Ingoldmells beach, just a 5-minute stroll away, added to the overall experience. For those looking to explore further, Skegness was just a 15-minute drive, offering more opportunities to enjoy the area. The availability of an amusement park, only a 5-minute drive away, provided additional entertainment options for the whole family. I was also highly impressed with the responsiveness of the Coastfield team. Their support was easily accessible, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or help that was needed. This level of customer service truly enhanced the overall quality of the vacation.

Good time had by family with young children.

The van was adequate for what my family and I needed it for. The location on the site was good and it was well equipped. Loved having two toilets which was brilliant with four adults and two children. Great having a cordless vacuum in the caravan too.

The cleanliness of the van was really only 7/10. There were a few obvious spots that had been missed. It wouldn’t bother most people but really that’s all I could fault.

Disappointing

Great Location next to fantasy Island, indoor swimming baths, shops and amusements and sports bar on site.The caravan was clean and roomy and easy to find.

The main clubhouse was not open we were not advised about this at time of booking, we would not have booked this site or caravan knowing this as the season has started. The heater did not work in the main bedroom which meant we were freezing and had very little sleep, the little ones were disappointed they did not get to see any entertainment 😒
