Large lounge and two large bedrooms , two smaller bedrooms and two bathrooms and a separate toilet . Area lovely and good sized fridge/ freezer.

Dishwasher didn't work, one shower leaked, need decent bread knife and gold runner on dining table, although lovely, left bits of gold glitter everywhere and sometimes on our plates.

Good location for the town amenities and dog park. Spacious rooms Parking - for two vehicles at the rear of the property.

Host aggressively demanded money for the two dogs which she seemed to think we had deliberately not told her about. I'm still awaiting a response from Booking.com regarding my original booking in relation to the dogs. We were accused of having 8 people in the property when we only had 6 at any one time - we did change two of the guests as my daughter works as a paramedic and could not get the whole week off so swapped with the first two guests on Monday. She brought her own towels etc, so the fourth room was undisturbed. Photos from the host's CCTV were sent to me to prove her point - but actually proved only 6 guests present! There were many things wrong, damaged or ill maintained:- Upstairs shower - temp could not be adjusted. Only two small omelette sized frying pans - one of which was completely covered with burnt food. Host was advised but did not replace it so we had room for two slices of bacon at a time. Toaster was faulty and was only replaced after two days, despite host knowing about this on our arrival. Floor brush in kitchen was broken. Sky connection was intermittent. Kitchen light would not switch off. Kitchen cupboard door above sink - broken hinge. Dishwasher door was broken and my daughter hurt her hand on it on opening it. Chimney above hob provided extraction - but very unhygienic as the device to prevent anything dropping down onto it was incomplete. Dirty and greasy utensils. Host provided only one dishwasher tablet and no spare bin bags. One of the dining room chairs was ripped underneath. Bathroom sink did not drain properly - a note was provided to advise of this instead of getting it fixed. Mattress in upstairs bedroom was sunk in the middle. Generally - ill maintained

Best rental I've ever stayed in.

Perfect location for town center and the Bath Road. A fantastic apartment - big enough for me to invite my mother and brother + his family over for comfortable Christmas lunch! And host Nic is wonderful!!

The master bedroom is huge and beautiful, the master bathroom is oversized, the living room is huge, and the kitchen/dining room is also large. The apartment has all the amenities. I was completely blown away and very satisfied.
