Appartement entièrement refait à neuf, bien équipé (lave vaisselle) avec place de parking dédiée. La piscine de la résidence est magnifique, suffisamment grande et possède un accès direct au chemin de front de mer ce qui est parfait pour profiter pleinement de la mer sans soucis et sans voiture … . Proche des commerces et restaurants du centre ville, on peut y aller à pieds en une vingtaine de minutes. Le seul défaut est l’absence de climatisation que les ventilateurs ne compensent pas en plein été.

Appartement non climatisé ce qui en pleine été constitue un handicap.
