The flat is exactly as advertised- although it actually has windows on three sides - which is even better! Excellent access from garage - five star- could drive in and out easily. Could store bikes in garage - five star - lift perfect for heavy shopping! Swimming pool five star- slightly salty water. The fittings and equipment in the flat are five star. Superbly equipped- wash machine, dryer, dishwasher and la plancha for grilling fish on the terrace. Two bathrooms- two bedrooms. Generous lounge. The highlight is the coast path just below the flat to the perfect beaches in the next cove. Roses is a charming town - pre seasonal lots of French visitors. Superb cycling in the lower Pyrenees. Big highlight is the Magic evening Catamaran cruise,

The great positive of this apartment is its location, a fabulous view across Roses bay, the Gulf of Roses, to the distant hills and mountains. So what more might you want than to relax on the balcony over coffee or a gin and tonic looking out at the fantastic view across the bay, to sit and read and while away the time, or to simply unwind and be present? For personal reasons we weren’t able to go out much but that worked well for us and it is an important positive for the apartment that one could simply stay and enjoy such a beautiful location. The apartment is very comfortable, well served by air-conditioning in August, and with a tastefully decorated lounge and suitable bedrooms and bathrooms. There’s also a lift to a good-sized swimming pool and reserved parking underneath. A small supermarket and café is a 10 minute walk away and restaurants at 25 minutes. We received a very warm welcome and felt very much at home here. We liked Roses, which is 4.5 hours from our home by car, a good resort that is however not too big, has good food and decent cafés, and a good enough Carrefour on the edge of town to stock up on provisions. We liked it so much that we want to come again!

Très beau apparemment au dernier étage avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Proche de la plage Petit Canyelles, seulement 10 minutes à pieds par un chemin à côté de la mer accessible directement des la propriété. L’appartement est super équipé et propre, en plus c’était super l’accueil par la personne déléguée par la propriétaire pour donner les clés. On a retrouvé aussi un jolie cadeau d’accueil dans le frigo, un bouteille de vin pour bien commencer notre séjour. Je recommande vivement.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce.Il est très bien équipé , très agréable , lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est superbe .Situé en première ligne , depuis la terrasse on ne voit que la mer !
