Vista Roses Mar - Ancla Mar

Es war perfekt ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight war der Pool. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert.

Der Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön. Kommunikation über WhatsApp war super. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Wasser nachgefüllt. Immer gerne wieder.

A nice townhouse on the outskirts of Roses. There multiple properties split across multiple floors. Property has washing machine which was very handy. A small plunge pool, and an outdoor area with loungers (only 2). The pool has a nice waterfall, which removes the road noise during the day. Stairs take you right to the sea-side promenade for a 30min stroll into town. Property also has fully secure underground car-park with a lift to the rooms.

For the price we’ve paid we believe it’s not a good value for money. The beds were very small and very uncomfortable. The bed sheets, pillows, towels were very cheap (dated and cheapest ikea) and uncomfortable. Furniture was in a poor condition, some of it unusable (like a shoe-rack almost collapsing) or broken kitchen chairs. A wall-mounted toilet was broken and supported by a wooden block beneath it. For a property accommodating up to 6 people it had no toiletries (except soap) and two tiny rolls of toilet paper. No cleaning included so that was it for entire week. The plunge pool had a leak and we (or someone from staff) had to add the water. The outdoor area had a nice wooden seating chair, but it had nails sticking out and we damaged our swimwear. The property is designed in a way that if someone flushes the toilet upstairs (other tenants) you can hear everything coming through a wall next to the bed. Overall it’s a nice place with a load of downsides which can be fixed. But not a good value for the money paid in our opinion
