About this apartment rental
It’s called “Bellavista” because this spacious 32-square-meter studio is bathed in light from four windows overlooking the Bay of Rosas, Canyelles Cove, and the garden: peace, space, and light. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Outside, there’s a magnificent 36 m² wooden deck with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and more. The view is fantastic! This tranquility comes at a price: from the street, where you’ll find parking for your car, to the apartment, you’ll need to climb 76 steps. The staircase and garden are private, and the climb is in stages, shaded by eucalyptus and maritime pine trees. A dream getaway...

Located ideally for sightseeing. The views from the flat are unbeatable. Jocelyne was also super helpful throughout our stay. Definitely, would like to stay at Bellavista again

Sehr schöne und beruhigende Aussicht. Zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Roses selber ist nicht gerade eine Augenweide, aber schöne, kleinere Ortschaften und Strände in der Umgebung. Check-in sehr gut organisiert. Jocelyne kommuniziert unkompliziert und sympathisch. Vielen Dank! Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. (Tipp: Mückenstecker nicht vergessen ;-)

Studio très sympathique avec vue magnifique et la propriétaire qui a fait le maximum pour que tout se passe le mieux du monde durant notre séjour.

We hebben een mooi verblijf gehad in deze studio. De inrichting en voorzieningen, voornamelijk de keuken, zijn wel zeer basic. De studio was netjes gepoetst. Jammer dat er niet een extra paar handdoeken werd voorzien en dat het bestek, de borden etc. niet allemaal proper waren. De airco werkt wel super en zorgt voor de nodige verkoeling! Het tuintje is omheind, wat ideaal was voor onze hond. Vooral het uitzicht vanop het terras is onbetaalbaar!
