Moderno muy lindo , limpio y todo en buen funcionamiento, balcón excelente para tomar café descansar y ver las plantas.

Ruhige Lage. Das Zentrum von Florenz ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nachdem wir eine Videoanleitung zugesandt bekommen haben. Die Gastherme (Durchlauferhitzer) machte einmal Probleme, die wir ebenfalls nach Zusendung eines Videos mit Anleitung zur Problemlösung selbst beheben konnten.

Logement très correct. Spacieux.
La terrasse est un plus.
Endroit tranquille. A 30min à pied du centre, il faut le savoir.
Check in facile et pratique avec la boîte à clés.
Parking gratuit appréciable.
Le gros point négatif est le lit qui était inconfortable. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi.
Manipulation à faire à l'arrivée car pas d'eau chaude, la propriétaire a cependant répondu très vite en expliquant tant bien que mal en anglais à mon compagnon qu'il fallait remettre de la pression dans le ballon d'eau chaude.
La table de la cuisine n'est pas stable et c'est dérangeant lorsqu'on mange sur la table dans l'appartement.

Nice place to stay in Florence if you are not about hustle and bustle. It’s walkable distance from the center. Apartment has parking place, so it was big plus ‘tho the road to it is quite narrow and hilly, but if I managed it with SUV, so can you. Flat is small, but it’s have all the necessary amenities. Everything is just like in pictures. And communication with provider was fast and very simple, everything was understandable.
