The best small Florence Flat

First of all, the property is very clean and suitable. Everything in the accommodation works properly, and if anything is needed, the host is always responsive and makes sure everything is as it should be. Secondly, the host is great and makes the stay as comfortable as possible. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

Very clean, good bed and very quiet.

Breakfast was not the best in the world.

Good wee flat well equipped with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay.

The person running it was very unorganized and annoying. We had organized a time to arrive and when we had a travel delay out of our control it was blamed on us and we had to sit outside for 2 hours until someone arrived to let us in, we were then told to sit in the mcdonalds and wait. Giving them the city tax payment was very difficult as it never suited them but they would happily harass us about it.. We said we would leave it on the table but then was told to not leave anything of value on the table and that someone had been in the flat twice to collect it without our knowledge. Concerning as we had no idea someone had been inside multiple times with our belongings.
