The best small Florence Flat

Clean light airy studio apartment. Close to the city center, but very calm with a view to an inner courtyard (little garden with a beautiful tree). The bed was really comfortable. I personally loved the design, antique furniture and decorations, it made me feel at home. There is also a little kitchen with everything you might need to cook for yourself and there's a washing machine in the bathroom. The host is communicative and very kind. The supermarket is just two bus stops down the road (it wouldn't be a long walk if you went to buy just a few things). It's a great place to calm down and rest after a day of sightseeing and walking around. The bathroom is a little narrower in the toilet part, but I'm almost 175 cm and it was no problem for me. Highly recommended.

Nothing

First of all, the property is very clean and suitable. Everything in the accommodation works properly, and if anything is needed, the host is always responsive and makes sure everything is as it should be. Secondly, the host is great and makes the stay as comfortable as possible. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

Location is good

Good wee flat well equipped with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay.

The person running it was very unorganized and annoying. We had organized a time to arrive and when we had a travel delay out of our control it was blamed on us and we had to sit outside for 2 hours until someone arrived to let us in, we were then told to sit in the mcdonalds and wait. Giving them the city tax payment was very difficult as it never suited them but they would happily harass us about it.. We said we would leave it on the table but then was told to not leave anything of value on the table and that someone had been in the flat twice to collect it without our knowledge. Concerning as we had no idea someone had been inside multiple times with our belongings.
