The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. It was quite spacious although it may look small in the pictures. The location was perfect we really liked the neighborhood, it was close to all the attractions and it very very quiet and safe.
The AC was not working. We stayed here in October and it was very chilly but we couldn’t make the AC work and we were a little bit cold.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und der Checkin hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.
Etwas zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt - ca. 25min. Zu Fuß
Leider ist die Parksituation sehr schlecht und von der Unterkunft wird nur eine Parkgarage für 35€ pro nacht angeboten.

Schönes komfortables Appartement, modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Florenz benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Sehr touristischen Stadt ausreichend vorhanden. Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit super.
Leider ist die Straße teilweise stark befahren sodass der Verkehr schon deutlich hörbar ist. Wenn man einen guten Schlaf hat ist das kein Problem.

La doccia era comoda e spaziosa, la cucina utile ed essenziale con il necessario per cucinare. La tv funzionava bene. La posizione era molto comoda, di fronte alla fermata del bus e a 20 minuti dal centro di Firenze.
Evidente polvere negli angoli e sulle lampade; il letto era composto di due materassi sottili e scomodi, uniti con un lenzuolo; il condizionatore, anche se spento, perdeva acqua fra il bagno e la cucina e abbiamo trovato due insalatiere per terra che comunque non bastavano a raccoglierla tutta e abbiamo rischiato di scivolare più volte.
