De ligging is prima, op loopafstand van het centrum. De etage is ook prettig en ruim. Het pand heeft airco, die hadden we wel nodig. We mochten eerder inchecken. Dat was echt heel fijn omdat het erg warm was en we graag onze koffers alvast wilden brengen. Er is een wasmachine en een diepvries.
Het sanitair laat te wensen over. De kraan in de keuken zit los. De badkamer is erg klein en de douche had geen warm water. Dat vond ik wel echt een gemis. Ook moesten we veel bukken in de badkamer en ook in het gangetje naar de slaapkamer. Dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn, maar wij zijn best lange Hollanders ;-) Dat er veel trappen zijn is netjes aangegeven en daarop waren we voorbereid. Het is wel gehorig.

La ducha del baño no es fácil de programar sale agua muy fría o muy caliente, al segundo día ya no calentó el agua, iba con niñas pequeñas y el baño fue complicado

Buena ubicación. Tiene Lavarropas y lavavajillas. Las toallas y ropa de cama estaban limpias. Buena comunicación y atención por parte de Niccolo. Internet funciona perfecto. El departamento es amplio para dos personas.
Son tres pisos por escalera angosta y empinada. No es recomendable con valijas pesadas o voluminosas. Muy baja presión de agua y la temperatura irregular. La ducha no es confortable. El palier del edificio estaba muy sucio.

Nel complesso tutto bene, quando siamo arrivati c'era forte odore di fumo, probabilmente degli ospiti precedenti. Consigliamo di sistemare il parapetto della scala che porta al bagno in quanto traballante.
