We had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Galuzzo, Florence. Everything was perfect: the apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is excellent in a quiet and pleasant area.
The staff were extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay, always available to help and offer useful recommendations. We felt very welcome and would gladly return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Florence.

Łazienka byla dobrze wyposażona. (Mały szampony, mydełka, reczniki, papier toaletowy). Ogólnie apartament byl w miarę czysty. Lodówka i zamrażalnik działały bez zarzutów.
Było zimno. Nie bylo ani jednego koca. "Koldry" nie miały na sobie poszew. W łazience byl jeden wtyk elektryczny ktory po odcięciu urządzenia wypadał. W kuchni brudne kubki. Pozostawiono zbyt mało kapsułek do ekspresu (musieliśmy sami sobie dokupywac). Nie bylo żadnych ręczników papierowych. Byla jedna ścierką do mycia ktora byla brudna. Brudny piekarnik ktory powodował dym i pieczace oczy... Przyprawa typu sól byla bardzo stara tak jakby używana przez kilka tygodni.
