Good location, parking a bonus. Great size and layout. Comfortable and fairly well equipped. Suited our needs and requirements very well. Very responsive landlord.

Few teething problems but they were very promptly dealt with.

Great location , very spacious, well equipped and comfortable.. great views as it was on the 11th floor.

It was extremely hot as we were there in a heat wave. Needed a fan and better curtains to keep out the sunlight.

Pros -location to city centre -Kitchenette was adequate

Cons -key had to collected and dropped off, to location, which was 20 min walk or 15/20 min drive -property was in relatively poor condition -it was on the 11th floor -no parking permit provided as stated -no entertainment for young children, TV was not working very well, other properties booked have access to YouTube or Netflix in past bookings -beds were very uncomfortable and very low down -furniture was dated and in very poor condition, could see cigarette burn marks on floor and sofas and physical damage -pictures are very deceiving on booking.com, had I seen the apartment I would not have booked -bathroom was in very poor condition, my partner felt she could not use facilities -balcony appeared in very poor condition, my partner did not feel safe going on or taking our daughter to see the views
