The hotel design and amenities met my expectations
Guest relations, interdepartmental coordination, responsiveness, proactiveness, problem-solving, and English proficiency were lacking. Definitely not the place to be when dealing with any unexpected issue or if you need to make any specific requests. The food selection and quality was poor.
