The property was extremely well maintained. The Japanese gardens are beautiful and the room is very spacious. The staff were excellent and I will definitely visit this hotel again.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. We found a beautiful French restaurant two minutes walk away.

Luxury and truly 5 star. Amenities were very nice. The breakfast buffet was expensive but totally worth it.
The food was over priced and didn’t live up to its hype. The restaurant staff was moody and we had to request for a different server. Check in took forever. This was our most expensive hotel stay in our 12 day Japan trip but not the one we enjoyed the most.
