Everything was wonderful. It was a Beautiful space located in a easy to get to location. It was close to the station and shopping district. I particularily loved the nespresso machine and that there was a choice between beds and futons. The beds were super comfortable.
The check in was a little confusing. The place to check in was called Rinn Kyoto Station hotel, which we thought was at the station however if you google it, is an actual hotel. The procedure to check in though was a breeze.

Loved this place. Two storey mini apartment. Living area was great with well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was lovely. Washing machine was very handy. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great location. 5 minute walk to Kyoto Station
Steep stairs meant couldn’t take luggage upstairs. Common in Japan.

Location was great. It was clean and presentable. Washing machine was a bonus.
It was a bit tight for a family of 4. Beds were Japanese style (which I didn’t realise when booking). Quite noisy from neighbours. Quite pricey for the size.
