Amazing location, with a fabulous view out onto the Firth of Forth and the Isle of May. We could see the boats leaving in the morning. It was gorgeous. The flat was extremely clean and well stocked, with cooking utensils, bedding, hairdryer, everything you could need. Milk and biscuits were even supplied. Everything worked and we were very happy staying there.
There aren't proper curtains in the bedrooms and one of the rooms has two large windows. There are blinds that screen a bit of light out, but the room was very bright by 5 am. We worked around this as best we could.

Wonderful place for a base esp short time as with a other couple
Heating - hard to suss out controls despite other guy an techny wizard as evenings and mornings were bit cold A notification of bringing your own showers/ soap /shampoo

Stairs are a bit much on the knees but well worth the effort.
