Excellent! Highly recommended apartment in convenient location!

The property is in a great location within walking distance of the port and beach. It is exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything you need. I’d definitely recommend staying here, the host was extremely kind and helpful. There are some wonderful local restaurants nearby, we much enjoyed Taverna Fish Filipi.

Very Satisfied.

We liked the fact that the room was very clean ans comfortable. All the facilities were in place and there was plenty of space. The host was very friendly and guided us through places in Sarande. Next time im coming to Saranda, this is the place im coming to.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious rooms. The entire apartment was very beautiful and comfortable. You can stay in the garden and there is a grill that you can use for barbecue. Daut the owner is ready to help you for everything you can ask. Highly recomand!

The staf was so helpful and always smiling. The apartment was so cleaned 👌 and the most important thing this poperty was close to everything , supermarket, restaurants , boulevard and of course the beach ⛱️ 🙂

Nous avons beauvoup apprécié la gentillesse des hôtes. La terrasse est très bien aménagée et agréable. Elle est également très propre et bien fleurie. Conforme aux photos. Le logement est spacieux, très propre. La literie est confortable. La salle d´eau est très jolie et propre. Nous recommandons vivement.

Bien pour un court séjour en famille.

Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et le logement très propre. La terrasse terrasse commune avec les autres appartements est très agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du front de mer.

Le canapé lit n'était pas très confortable. La cuisine était vraiment sous équipée, même pour manger sur le pouce. Il n'y avait plus assez d'eau chaude en fin de soirée (chauffe-eau solaire ?)

Appartement en retrait du centre et calme. Petit jardin avec tables et fauteuils.

Pas très facile à trouver la première fois. Surtout sans smartphone.

Correct

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement à Sarande. Le logement en lui-même était correct : grand, propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire, même si les serviettes étaient un peu trop usées.

En revanche, gros point négatif : le jour même de notre arrivée, l’hôte nous a écrit pour augmenter le prix de 20 € par rapport à ce qui était affiché et réservé sur Booking, en disant qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur de sa part. Nous avons trouvé cette démarche très dérangeante, car nous avons choisi ce logement en fonction du prix initial affiché et il n’est pas normal d’essayer de changer le tarif à la dernière minute, en dehors de la plateforme. Après discussion, elle a insisté mais nous avons refusé de payer plus que ce qui était prévu. Finalement, nous avons accepté de rajouter 10 € par geste, mais cette situation a été très désagréable et ne devrait pas arriver.

Très agréable et local

Les propriétaires sont très sympas , tout est très propres et la terrasse fait la différence , la localisation est parfaite il y’a une pente mais qui ne gêne pas , on se sent bien avec les locaux albanais à la différence de l autre côté de Saranda

Ottimo appartamento e posizione

Appartamento grazioso con veranda piena di verde e divanetti dove poter sostare o fare colazione. All'interno c'è cucina, microonde, scaldalatte ecc. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Struttura con parcheggio privato.

Aggiungerei tappeto doccia, qualche coltello tagliente e set doccia - shampo.

El anfitrión muy disponible para cualquier inquietud o solicitud, el apartamento estaba impecable. Parking gratis disponible, si tu auto es de mas de 4m de longitud no cabrá en el garage pero podrás estacionarlo justo enfrente. Esta a 10 minutos caminando del paseo marítimo por lo tanto no necesitaras tu auto para moverte en la ciudad. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. A 25 minutos en auto de Ksamil.

Perfect stay

El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario y la terracita que tiene fuera es muy agradable. El personal muy amable y cercano. La verdad que se lo recomendaría a cualquier grupo o familia que quiera visitar Sarande.

Świetne miejsce i miła atmosfera.

Świetna lokalizacja - całkiem blisko do centrum, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo klimatyczny taras do użytku gości. Udogodnieniem był balkon, gdzie można było rozwiesić ręczniki, kawa i herbata w apartamencie, miejsce parkingowe na miejscu, sklep i piekarnia w pobliżu. Mili gospodarze - dziękujemy!

Przydałaby się odrobina soli w kuchni.
