Two not very beautiful nights.

Checking out.

The staff was quite irrelevant to our requests. Rooms was not very clean, the window in the sleeping room was opened (not by us) - this has caused a problem at a night time. When you go to have a shower, the water flows out of the bath room to the corridor. Some sockets are damaged.

The room was simple, but clean and cozy. The kitchen is a nice bonus. Pretty centrally located place, but tucked in a back street, so relatively quiet at night.

The head shower was licking, it needs one of those plastic rings, it costs 10-20 Lekë. Recepsionist wasn't there when I arrived, and he did not seems to care for me waiting. The bathroom need refurbishment, very old run down.

Great location, not far from bus station and the beach.

Shower gel/shampoo not provided. Weird smell in the room which went away when windows were opened. Bathroom is very small, and everything gets wet after showering.

Saranda id an interesting place visit and I’m sure that there are people who would enjoy staying at Armanda apartments&#

It was clean and in a relatively good location. I really disliked the fact that for half of my stay there was no wi-fi in the hotel. I didn’t have roaming so I couldn’t contact anyone regarding this issue and there was no one at the reception desk at all at any time so I was encouraged to contact them via whatsapp but since I had no access to internet I couldn’t. Also the walls were really thin so it was quite noisy - I could hear banging of doors and talking. Really, I should have paid half of what I was charged or I should have been told that the place is more like a hostel than a hotel.

Value for money, within walking distance to city centre, great service by staff (very attentive and helpful), warm in the room and has all basic needs

Bed is published as large double bed but turned out to be a double bed only - Incorrect listing. However staff was very kind to move us into another room with twin beds.

Sköna dagar i bekvämt rum och nära till fin strand

Läget så nära stranden. Egen balkong och grönskan

Vi fick fråga efter när det var frukost, om vi hade tillgång till köket, vattenkokare, muggar och glas och sådant som var beskrivet skulle finnas. Ingen bar fanns. Frukosten var inget vidare. Långt att gå till bussen dålig vägbeskrivning.

nada

no había nada que me gustase. no coincidía con la descripción. no había televisión ni muchas otras cosas que se ofrecen. al llegar LAS TOALLAS ESTABAN COMPLETAMENTE NEGRAS y las sábanas también tenían manchas. los espejos llenos de chorretones (si no los limpian que los quiten). un enchufe saltado al lado del grifo en el baño y el agua del grifo del baño salía por tres chorros q cada uno enfocaba para un lado distinto y había uno que te mojaba completamente. solo puedo compartir 4 fotos respecto las cosas que he mencionado pero os podéis hacer una idea. mi recomendación es que hay mucho sitios en los que estar que por lo menos serán un poco más higiénicos :)

la sala comune, i condizionatori

non c’erano gli armadi, non c’erano utensili da cucina, le lenzuola presenti sui letti matrimoniali non coprivano tutto il letto, probabilmente perché erano per letti singoli o ad una piazza e mezzo. In una delle due stanze prenotate, i sanitari erano davvero pessimi, perdevano acqua specialmente quando si tirava lo sciacquone. Abbiamo trovato tanti insetti, persino sui letti, non so se per una questione di assenza di pulizia dalla struttura o per la presenza di materiali di risulta presenti sul manto stradale nei pressi dell’abitazione. Non appena arrivati, abbiamo trovato dei capelli nel frigorifero. Non c’erano stendini dove appendere le robe bagnate dopo il mare.

posizione perfetta con parcheggio disponibile ad un prezzo veramente basso per il periodo

con il premesso che volevamo spendere poco, e siamo persone che si adattano a qualsiasi ambiente, siamo rimasti un po’ sconcertati, arrivati abbiamo trovato un cuscino sporco di sangue, che è stato cambiato immediatamente grazie alla disponibilità dell’host, per il resto c’erano peli ovunque, la doccia non aveva pressione e il tubo perdeva, ma la cosa più folle è successa la prima notte, scritto ora del silenzio a partire dalle 23….. 23,30 rumori veramente molesti e subito dopo ragazzi nel corridoio che “discutevano”

Nous somme arrivé il nous on donner une chambre qui ne correspondé pas avec ce qu'on devais avoir autant sur la photo que sur les équipements leur réponse soit vous la garder soit on vous rembourse vous partez très désagréables raccroche au nez plusieurs fois, sale retrouver plein de cheveux en plein milieu de la salle de bain les serviette taché...

Gastvrije host, mooie entree

De entree van casa Mia is heel mooi ruim en prettig. Maar wat daarnaast t meest beviel was dat t redelijk schoon was. De vloer was schoon, het bed ook. Helaas was de doucheruimte heel klein en er lagen nog suikerzakjes (hoop ik) achter de toiletpot. De voegen en naden waren ook zwart beschimmeld. Niet zo fijn dus.

Naast de beleving van t badkamertje (1,5 x 1,5 mtr) viel ook het bed tegen. Het laken was net groot genoeg om op de matras te liggen. Dus bij het draaien in de nacht kwamen we op de matrasbeschermer te liggen die van plastic was... Niet fijn en niet hygienisch.

Brudno w łazience było, w odpływie były włosy. Brak kosza na śmieci. Łazienka bez prysznica tylko na środku jest słuchawka więc wszystko zalane po myciu.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Estuve alojado durante 7 días y la experiencia fue muy buena. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de todo, y el personal fue siempre muy atento y amable. El cuarto era cómodo y contaba con frigobar, lo cual fue bastante útil. También hay una cocina comunitaria muy básica, pero que sirve bien para quien quiera preparar algo rápido. El único punto a mejorar sería el baño, especialmente la ducha, que tenía poca presión de agua. Aun así, no fue algo que comprometiera mi estadía. En general, quedé muy satisfecho y sin duda volvería a hospedarme allí.

Saranda una meraviglia!

L'Hotel Casa Mia (mini appartamento) non serve la colazione, è dotato di cucina seppur con pochi utensili e frigo, naturalmente anche del clima necessario. La posizione è quasi centrale a pochi passi dall'inizio del passeggio pedonale sul lungo mare. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo 15 notti 18/6 a 3/7 € 382,00 l'ho trovato conveniente ed interessante

Se si chiedono miglioramenti naturalmente aumenta anche il prezzo!

Hotel centrale con parcheggio

Hotel situato in zona tranquilla, staff gentile e cordiale. Ho alloggiato nella stanza n.3 che è molto grande e dotata di un piccolo terrazzo come del resto penso quasi tutte. Camera con aria condizionata e TV. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio privato che da queste parti è indispensabile. Comunque l'hotel è centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Molto utili le informazioni sopratutto del link di maps inviatomi dall'hotel.

Il materasso. Il bagno da sistemare. Peccato che non è disponibile la colazione.

La llegada y primera impresión no es la mejor por el acceso por una calle estrecha. La habitación es muy amplia y bastante cómoda. Tenía nevera. El chico que nos atendió muy amable y nos resolvió un problema que vimos enseguida. Estuvimos dos noches. Después de situarnos vimos que estaba muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos del puerto y en una zona muy tranquila. Algún mueble más para dejar cosas no vendría mal. Acabo gustándonos y el precio es bastante asequible.

Necesita un poco una renovación en el mobiliario. Las fotos de la web serían de cuanto estaba todo recién nuevo. Encontramos una mancha en la sábana pero nos lo solucionaron inmediatamente. Y tiene parking propio aunque es en un pequeño descampado y con una cuesta complicada

Buena ubicación, pero lo demás deja mucho que desear

Buena ubicación

Con tiempo avisabamos que llegamos tarde y el dueño nos dijo que no había problema con el horario de ingreso; al llegar nos atendió el recepcionista Eric, quien nos dio una habitación que no correspondía. Le dije que no era eso lo que habíamos alquilado, llamó al dueño por nuestro teléfono, y él le dijo que era esa nuestra habitación. Nos quedamos ahí la primera noche, pero le envié imagen de mi reserva al dueño. Respondió al otro día que intentaría darnos lo que habíamos alquilado. Esa misma mañana nos abrieron la habitación estando nosotros en la misma.. Luego Andrew se presentó y nos cambió a lo que habíamos alquilado, presentandolo como un "up grade". Al decirle que no era up grade, sino lo que habíamos pagado y que ellos habían tenido un error, se desentendió. Quisimos arreglar la diferencia de dinero al tener la primera noche en una habitación mucho menos a lo que habíamos alquilado, y tanto el recepcionista como el dueño nos dijeron que no iban a descontar el monto ya que nos debían cobrar el late check in, nunca aclarado, además que la noche costaba 29€ en lo que habíamos alquilado (no la primera habitación) y de late check in nos cobraron 20€, irrisorio. Los colchones de ambas habitaciones super incómodos; baño incómodo; mala señal de wifi; cortes de luz que hacían imposible con el calor exterior estar bien. Paredes muy finas y no había aislamiento de sonido, por lo tanto el descanso no se pudo alcanzar, muy ruidoso.
