Поддръжка,чистота,тераса с гледка, дворно пространство и гостоприемство дори с кучета. Имахме голяма плазма,огромна баня,климатик и тн.Има лятна кухня с удобства за ползване и прекрасна градина с екзотични дървета.

Трябва да се ходи малко до плажа,но все пак е във вилната зона на Черноморец и е видно, че не е в самия център. За хора с кола или обичащи разходките е супер.

Много добър апартамент, със страхотна локация и още по-приятна гледка. Любезни и приветливи домакини. Благодарим за всичко!

Very nice accommodation. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were great - no squeaking and the mattresses were excellent for having a good night rest. There was an lcd tv, a small fridge and a generous closet in the room as well. The bathroom was huge - I believe it was as big as the room itself. Also there is a nice balcony from which you can see the sea and Sozopol city. There is also a nice patio/ outdoor kitchen with a big freezer, barbeque place and a big table and chairs. The property also has the possibility of parking up to two vehicles inside the courtyard but getting in and out is quite challenging (especially getting in) due to the street being very narrow and significantly sloped. But you can park 50 meters up to the main road. Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended.

The aircon is shared between two rooms but the external unit was on our side of the balcony. So despite the fact we didn't use the aircon we still had to hear it everytime the guests in the neighbouring room would use it.

Lovely outdoor kitchen and yard with fig and persimmon trees. Very safe for pets. Picturesque street that looks down to the sea. Fabulous walk to a small wild beach and 20 minute walk to a bigger fantastic beach.

Owner insisted on talking to my Bulgarian friend for some unknown reason before I was able to book. Then told me we needed to upgrade and pay more money for air conditioning and because of the dog. I upgraded and paid more money, but the room we got looked the same as the one I originally booked. I asked the owner if I could see the original room and he said it was occupied. Then I asked him if he could send a photo of the original room and he didn’t respond. Otherwise he was responsive and helpful. Bedsheets are made of harsh polyester like for outdoor cushions that is quite uncomfortable. Cotton sheets and a bedside lamp would go a long way. Also there is smoking in the house.
