This was an unforgettable stay, everything about the apartment and its location made our experience feel effortless, and authentically Parisian. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of so many of Paris’s most iconic places. We loved being able to walk to the Louvre, the beautiful gardens, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and so many other attractions. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower made the stay even more special, and having the Eiffel Tower so close by made our time in Paris truly unforgettable. The place was spacious, beautifully decorated, modern, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa. The apartment was absolutely pristine and very clean, with hot water, great water pressure, and all the little details that made it feel like a real home rather than simply a place to stay. We especially appreciated the large elevator, which is such a wonderful convenience in Paris, and the building itself was beautiful, elegant, and felt very safe and well maintained. Spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly equipped, it offered everything needed to experience Paris like locals from the comfortable living room to the fully stocked kitchen. What made the experience truly exceptional was its location. Being just steps away from the Eiffel Tower is a rare privilege. We didn’t need the metro to enjoy the July 14th celebrations the fireworks, the parade, the festive atmosphere… everything was within walking distance, as if the city had opened itself just for us. For the rest of our visits, buses and metro stations only a few minutes away made every trip simple and effortless. Beyond convenience, there was the magic of the view. The Eiffel Tower stood there, majestic, and we couldn’t stop admiring it from morning until night. At sunrise, the light slid across the rooftops of Paris while we enjoyed a coffee on the terrace, surrounded by the calm of the neighborhood. At night, the city seemed to breathe differently: the lights shimmered, birds could be heard, and the atmosphere felt almost unreal. We never grew tired of that view it accompanied every moment, every pause, every breath. The apartment itself perfectly completed this experience: an ideal location close to monuments, restaurants, and shops; a surprising calm despite being near major attractions; a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to feel at home refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and an authentic Parisian ambiance that made us feel like we were living a true local life. Communication with the host was excellent, and every detail contributed to making this stay unforgettable. The accommodation is brand new, spotless, and beautifully renovated, featuring impeccable finishes and tasteful, modern décor. Every detail is designed for comfort: high-quality furniture, very comfortable bedding, comprehensive amenities, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to settle right in. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast ideal for working or planning our sightseeing. It is rare to find such a high-performance connection in a vacation rental, and it was a real bonus. The location is simply outstanding, situated in the heart of the Invalides district one of the most beautiful and safest areas in Paris. The apartment is on an elegant, quiet street yet just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, the National Assembly, the banks of the Seine, charming cafés, fine dining, and lovely boutiques. Everything is easily accessible on foot, allowing us to enjoy Paris to the fullest without any hassle. We also loved the local gems near the apartment, which made our stay even more authentic and appealing: Just five minutes away, an artisanal cheese shop offers absolutely delicious cheeses unique in the world crafted with remarkable expertise. A truly incredible find. An open-air market run by local farmers offers fresh, authentic regional products: fruit, vegetables, bread, charcuterie, flowers, and more. Fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower and great location. Very close to metro line 1.

There was some confusion about the stay for the first night and we had to stay at another property of the owner at the suggestion of the owner instead of the one we had paid for and booked.
