I have stayed at many terrific flats with great hosts, but this place stand out as exceptional. First: Eric was tremendously helpful and super-responsive from start to finish. He let us check-in early in the morning, as the flat was available. The location was perfectly located close to Eiffel Tower, champs Élysée, to great food,sites, shopping and more. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. He made great local recommendations, such as bakery and groceries (he even sent us to a good pharmacist when one of us fell ill). He also responded to all our questions very quickly and knowledgeably. Second: the flat was perfect: convenient, safe, well-equipped, very clean and in a fantastic location. The flat is on hight level with an amazing Eiffel Tower view. it was very peaceful, private, secure and comfortable, given the lively, small side street where it is located. good light from the exterior garden. This place is truly a gem and Eric is a fantastic host. We will be back, for sure!

One of the things we enjoyed most was how authentic the experience felt. The apartment has the charm and atmosphere of a true Parisian home while still offering all the modern comforts we could have wanted. We found ourselves repeatedly marveling at the fantastic location and how easy it was to get everywhere. The nearby Metro lines 1 and 14 made exploring the city incredibly convenient, and it was also easy to reach the supermarket, the Big Bus stop, shopping at Galeries Lafayette, restaurants, galleries, and all the major sights. And then there was the wonderful little Parisian café right downstairs from the building, which became one of our favorite parts of the stay. It was exactly the kind of typical Parisian café we had hoped to experience, with an incredible variety of coffees and mochas, all of excellent quality. Sitting there and enjoying a coffee while watching Parisian life unfold around us was such a lovely part of the experience. We also discovered an open-air farmers’ market nearby, and we absolutely loved strolling through it, wandering among the stalls and enjoying the atmosphere as if we were Parisians ourselves. Those simple everyday moments were some of the most memorable parts of our trip. Our host was exceptionally gracious, responsive, informative, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and seamless, including our last-minute check-in, and we always felt well taken care of. Everything was handled with such kindness and professionalism

This was an unforgettable stay, everything about the apartment and its location made our experience feel effortless, and authentically Parisian. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of so many of Paris’s most iconic places. We loved being able to walk to the Louvre, the beautiful gardens, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and so many other attractions. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower made the stay even more special, and having the Eiffel Tower so close by made our time in Paris truly unforgettable. The place was spacious, beautifully decorated, modern, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa. The apartment was absolutely pristine and very clean, with hot water, great water pressure, and all the little details that made it feel like a real home rather than simply a place to stay. We especially appreciated the large elevator, which is such a wonderful convenience in Paris, and the building itself was beautiful, elegant, and felt very safe and well maintained. This stay in Paris was a true immersion into the beauty, energy, and gentle charm of the capital. From the moment we arrived, the apartment wrapped us in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Spacious, impeccably clean, and perfectly equipped, it offered everything needed to experience Paris like locals from the comfortable living room to the fully stocked kitchen. What made the experience truly exceptional was its location. Being just steps away from the Eiffel Tower is a rare privilege. We didn’t need the metro to enjoy the July 14th celebrations the fireworks, the parade, the festive atmosphere… everything was within walking distance, as if the city had opened itself just for us. For the rest of our visits, buses and metro stations only a few minutes away made every trip simple and effortless. Beyond convenience, there was the magic of the view. The Eiffel Tower stood there, majestic, and we couldn’t stop admiring it from morning until night. At sunrise, the light slid across the rooftops of Paris while we enjoyed a coffee on the terrace, surrounded by the calm of the neighborhood. At night, the city seemed to breathe differently: the lights shimmered, birds could be heard, and the atmosphere felt almost unreal. We never grew tired of that view it accompanied every moment, every pause, every breath. The apartment itself perfectly completed this experience: an ideal location close to monuments, restaurants, and shops; a surprising calm despite being near major attractions; a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to feel at home refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and an authentic Parisian ambiance that made us feel like we were living a true local life. Communication with the host was excellent, and every detail contributed to making this stay unforgettable.
