About this apartment rental
Cozy and modern apartment with balcony, in the heart of Kalsa.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator and spreads on three levels. The entrance opens onto a hallway overlooking the first bedroom with a French bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower. The room communicates with the living room through a small window. Some steps lead to the upper level, featuring the living area with a sofa, a television, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, juicer and kettle, and access to the terrace. Finally, a mezzanine accessible from the living area comes with a queen-size bed and a second bathroom with a bathtub.
At guests’ disposal comforts such as washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the living room, heating and wi-fi.

We spent 2 weeks in Palermo and really appreciated the layout of the apartment and the location. Everything you need for a nice home away from home. We had simple breakfasts and lunches--everything we needed to accomplish that with ease.
And the staff were helpful and responsive. Definitely use their transfer arrangements to and from the apt. You will save money and have peace of mind: great combination!
You should know that it says "sleeps 4" but the second bedroom has a very small bed that would only fit 2 children who can sleep together. We had our 22 yr old daughters with us for a few days and one had to sleep on the love seat couch--not ideal.
