Large apartment, very clean, spacious rooms, excellent location close to everything (old town, promenade, raiway station, restaurants, bars, etc...)

This apartment exceeded my expectations. I would gladly book it again.

The apartment is really spacious and by my opinion has great location. We loved the location : - near see - 15 minutes walk from historical center. - 5-10 minutes walk to marina bars and fountain - The train/bus station is around 15 minutes walk. Beds are really comfy and apartment was really clean. Hint closest big market is "Familia" and it is 5 minutes by foot.

More as a warning cause, because we aren't use to this: - hot water needs around 1-2 minutes to "come" to bathroom. - pillows are "very big", it would be really nice if there would be possibility to have several smaller pillows if somebody prefers them. Other family members didn't complain about pillow size :)

The falt is big and confortable, full of charm since the ceilings are high and we feel the real spirit of Palerma. The flat is 15mn walk from the center, but the walk is really nice and it enables to stay in a quieter area. The area is nevertheless full of history with lots of things to visit and really beautiful parks and churches around. There is also a nice supermarket 5mn distance and some local bakeries plus full of restaurant 5mn distance from the flat. Location for me was perfect.

We had set an appointment at 9:30 pm when we arrived and they were not there . We had no battery but we had to wait for 30mn outside. That is partly our fault since we had no battery but the appointment was set. When the person arrived he didn't even say sorry but was really rude to us. Afterthat there were no warmth in the communication just complains which were justified, I don't challenge. We have 4 boys and they sometime forget to close properly the door. etc... But , the way to communicate was so cold and informal that it ruins a little your holiday spirit.... and that is a shame since it is not so difficult to say the same things in a nice friendly and polite way and then things are much smoother...
