Cleanliness and the location. All amenities were in place as well and the Apartment Manager was also quick to response.
It was too hot inside the apartment when we arrived. The only thing this apartment is missing is a Fan or Air cooler. Even if you open the windows it takes some time for the apartment to cool down. But at night if you open the window the tram noise disturbs you. So a fan or air cooler can be the only solution.

No tiene ascensor, si vas en época de calor no tiene aire acondicionado y dormir con las ventanas abiertas es muy incómodo ya que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y del tranvía que cada vez que pasa vibra todo el piso La limpieza podría mejorar El sofá cama es incómodo si va gente grande, ya que es pequeño y hay una parte que no se pliega. En la cocina solo hay 4 sillas, por lo que si van más personas no se pueden sentar
