GREEN STAY Modern Apartment

The apartment was really nice and a good location .

As previously mentioned in reviews the rear steps down to the car park we’re covered in bird droppings then down to the car park which is behind quite a few restaurants bins which we’re overflowing and smelly and to be honest didn’t really feel comfortable leaving our car there there’s quite a lot of unsavoury characters around the area ,but the car was ok . On the hole the apartment was really nice with everything you need , although the toilet seat is hanging off literally,but the real disappointment was the mattress the most uncomfortable springy roll together cheap mattress EVER (Shame) wouldn’t stay again but it was ok for a night and reasonable price.

The property was very clean and airy. The balcony was a nice touch. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area and the apartment was very comfortable.

I appreciate the following is out of the owners control, but this is what I didn’t like: The property was located on the 4th floor, the lift was out of order for a few days during my stay which meant either going up the external stairs, which was covered with pigeon faeces, or use the internal stairs, which is used by the locals for eating their takeaways and smoking drugs, you can picture the mess. Also there were rats running around everywhere. The bad thing with the property there were no windows, only sliding doors, which meant during the summer nights you had to have all the doors closed in case a rat came in. Also if you did have the doors open during the day the rooms were full of flys within minutes, the property could benefit from air conditioning, or at least fly screens.
