Great central location Good size

Some damage to bathroom unit is in need of repair, didn’t look good with a massive cracks in it Hoover full & smelt awful so couldn’t use it

Second time we have stayed. Great communication from Paul (the host) and everything goes smoothly. Very comfortable and secure apartment with shops, groceries etc a few minutes walk away.

Could use a coffee table and it was too hot because of the sun coming in

The apartment itself was comfortable and well located. Once inside, everything was as described and the stay overall was pleasant.

The check-in experience was a complete disaster. I had requested an early check-in one week in advance and was told I would be informed on the day. No information was provided. When I arrived at 3pm, the standard check-in time, I sent messages and called the host with no response. Booking.com had to intervene and also received no reply. Eventually the host called back saying he was far from the property and would send someone else. That person arrived without the access codes for the building entrance, the intermediate door or the lift, and had to wait for other residents to enter. This caused significant delays and stress upon arrival.
