Good location. Good responsive and friendly staff when needed to resolve things.
Vehicle access and egress was a bit temperamental. Very tired apartment - really not great tbh. We were offered an alternative to be fair, but had already arrived and unpacked. Leaving the apartment was a pain - had to drive around, try to park nearby, but couldn’t get in the specified door and had to rely on residents to let me in so I could post the keys in the box.

Well equipped Level access showers both ensuites Lighting was good with additional freestanding mother and son lights
No mirrors in bedrooms - problem in drying hair No full length mirror anywhere Could be improved by toilet roll holders in bathrooms - particular accessibility issue for women
