Very lovely appartments for stay at Menton
Very helpfull and friendly owners that is really appreciated! Appartments are on the walkable distance to the old city and the beach and that was really comfortable!

This is a one bedroom property (not two as listed)
Very clean and comfortable accommodation
The apartment is above a very noisy road, so noisy you cannot have a conversation on the balcony. Motorbikes are the worse. The accommodation is listed as a two bedroom property but there is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The swimming pool is tiny and nothing like the photo. The garage is very narrow, only suitable for a small car We had difficulty getting in to the property as the key lock box unluckily jammed. The owner was very helpful and got us in in the end but there was no spare key as the agent was out of the country. The need to download PassPass as a way of finding out when the property is ready is time consuming It’s really expensive for what you get.

Appartamento bello elegante , con tutto ciò che occorre (lavatrice ferro da stiro macchina del caffè …. Insomma tutti i comfort necessari) , pulizia impeccabile, posizione ottima , non da meno la possibilità di avere il garage compreso nel prezzo , spiegazione per il check e il check out perfetto , con spiegazione tramite “app” pas pas con addirittura video spiegazione su YouTube ! veramente ottimo ci torneremo

Proximité du centre Garage Suffisant pour la famille.
Manque d un simple épluche légumes et de couteaux pour cuisiner un peu. Peu d infos pour aller à l appartement du garage donc porter les valises sur 3 étages pour se rendre compte qu il y avait un ascenseur Literie peu confortable Un balai à dispo aurait été bien aussi

La propreté. Le lit confortable, la situation de l’emplacement
La femme de ménage qui s’est permise son organisation à l’encontre des loueurs qui n’etaient pas informés alors que le logement indiquait que le ménage était fait et disponible à 17h résultat 3 heures d’attente sous la pluie et après plus de 5 heures de route. Cette location convient aux personnes malentendantes, car dès 5h du matin malgré le double vitrage le bruit est infernale Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour tellement la situation était inconfortable pour dormir.
