Desde que llegas el personal te hace sentir en casa. Paulo en nuestro caso estuvo siempre pendiente de que todo estuviese perfecto y a nuestro gusto, es súper detallista. Pero todos son encantadores.. la ubicación es perfecta, en medio del parque, por la noche escuchábamos las hienas y por el día ves animales desde la tienda. La tienda es preciosa, súper nueva y cómoda, todo muy limpio. Nos lavaron la ropa sin coste. La comida es increíble y lo recomiendo al 100%. Son un 10!!!

Location: wildlife view from your room. Very spacious and comfortable tents. Very friendly staff.
Tents a bit noisy during the night when there is wind. Food portions a bit small. Food tasteful but not delicious.

Location, Comfortable bed and good food Staff below management caring and excellent
Had a cold shower for the first 3 days Manager extremely unhelpful in fixing the issue when told on day 1 .Lied about shower and put blame back on us until we complained and were advised there was an issue and it took 3 days to fix.
