Excellent! The staff treats you like royalty. The meals are delicious—when the chef found out I was a lone vegetarian in my group —an extra mile was taken to ensure I didn’t miss out. The game drives were amazing! The rangers are well informed and very personable to ensure guests that all efforts will be made to view priority animals. We saw all the big 5 plus an aardvark! Comfy clean rooms too. A quiet ambiance with an incredible view.

The staff were very helpful and warm right from the manager who was hands-on in his approach all through our stay. The receptionist made us feel welcome when we got into the facility. The variety of the afternoon teas was great for sampling. The food was fresh and well done and the chef was personal in his approach to service which provided that homely feeling. The ambience was great for a camp. Exit was without fuss
The facility can do better with ensuring that guests are booked into rooms with proper bed sizes. Two singles for a couple was not thoughtful. The night was so cold - the facility can be more sensitive to supply warmer bedding during such nights.
