Location and super attentive and friendly staff. Great food

Had problems with noice from a contractor renovating the property who made noise and kept me up; however, couldn’t stay upset because the staff were not aware of the morons decision to disturb their clients and when they did become informed, they showed sincere concern and rectified the problem to my approval.

Great location, comfortable tents, we could go all day in the park and return straight to camp.

Struttura incantevole, un ponticelli sul fiume Tales che ti separa dalla natura selvaggia. La gentilezza dello staff è senza paragoni! Coccolati e viziati per 4 gg! Sarei voluto restare molto di più! Voglio ringraziare tutto il personale per l amore e la gentilezza riservata.

Avevo prenotato un cottage.. e mi son trovato in una casetta in muratura. Meglio avvisare il cliente per cambi di questo tipo all'arrivo per capire se il cliente è d'accordo.. come comunicare eventuali upgrade.. non è carino n rispondere a quanto prenotato. Tra l altro era anche bassa stagione..non penso fossero tutte già occupate. Tuttavia anche la casetta in muratura era lo stesso molto bella per cui siamo rimasti contenti del nostro soggiorno.

The location was great

We paid for a half day game drive but they took us for only one hour and a half. The driver was driving very fast and he couldn't stop for us to take photos. He couldn't also give us any knowledge about the animals. He only focused on driving. We asked him to take us where the other tourists were heading to watch the lions as they were spotted by other drivers but instead he told us that we can do that the next day. It was the worst safari ever considering being out first time there
