Liked: Only the location. The views and surroundings are beautiful. Disliked: Everything else. The food was tasteless and upset my stomach. The service was poor, the staff lacked professionalism and were more focused on tips than actual hospitality. The lodge is outdated and needs renovation. Even customer service doesn’t communicate properly. Overall, a disappointing experience.
