Nice stay in Paris

The apartment is clean, warm, everything is there (kettle, microwave, fridge). Wifi connection is good. The room is rather small, but it is OK for one person for couple of nights. The underground station is close with couple of cafes nearby. Communication with the host is perfect.

Nice but too small

The apartment was clean and the location was perfect. Also, the communication with the owner was very nice.

The apartment is too small, you can barely walk there, especially when the bed is done, not so comfortable for two people.

Perfect tiny house

The apartment is small as it seems, but it has everything you need and is new and clean. If you adjust your expectations accordingly, you won't have any problems. The location is very close to the metro and markets. Transportation is very convenient. The host was very helpful in everything. I thank her very much.

Suciedad de pelos y colchón

A nuestra llegada detectamos varias incidencias relacionadas con la limpieza: pelos largos en el estropajo de la cocina, una horquilla sobre la cama, polvo en la mesita de la zona wifi y acumulación de pelos y restos bajo el colchón. Disponemos de fotografías tomadas en el momento de la entrada. Además, la estructura de la cama presentaba inestabilidad y terminó cediendo, lo que permitió comprobar el estado de suciedad bajo el colchón. La situación fue comunicada inmediatamente tanto a la propietaria como a Booking mediante mensajes escritos. No obtuvimos respuesta hasta el día siguiente y no se nos ofreció una solución alternativa inmediata, por lo que tuvimos que pasar la primera noche en el alojamiento. Tras reiterar la reclamación por teléfono y por escrito, la propietaria indicó que entregáramos las llaves asegurando que procedería al reembolso total. Para ello interrumpimos una actividad previamente contratada y regresamos al alojamiento para retirar el equipaje. Una vez entregada la llave, el reembolso autorizado fue únicamente parcial reteniendo la mitad del importe total bajo el concepto de limpieza ( ni siquiera fue proporcional a la estancia) Ante esta situación, tuvimos que reservar otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta, asumiendo el coste adicional. Recomendamos valorar cuidadosamente estos aspectos si la limpieza y la gestión de incidencias son prioritarias en su reserva.

Ubytování je kousek od stanice Mairie de St Quen, tedy M14 a M13. Po ceste je moznost zastavit se a nakoupit si v supermarketu. Poloha je tedy pro cestovatele vyhodna a vyhovovala nam. Bytecek je velice maly, ale na prespani naprosto dostacujici. V kuchyni se nachazi vse, co byste mohli potrebovat. Pin k lockboxu a ke dverim prisel 2 dny pred ubytovanim, ubytovani bylo bezproblemove, lehce jsme jej nalezli. V byte je elekticke topne teleso na zimu, v lete vetrak na strope.

Byt by mohl rozhodne byt lepe uklizen, v povleceni jsme nasli nekolik vlasu, 1 povleceni polstare bylo spinave. Ve sprchovem koute byly taktez vlasy a nebyl moc cisty. Take byl ze skrine v rohu mistnosti citit cigaretovy kour, ackoliv se v byte kourit nesmi.

Parfait pour visiter Paris et juste un pied à terre pour se reposer et dormir

Petit mais bien agencé , très calme et proche de tout service( bus, métro, supermarché, bar, restaurant). Nous sommes venu 5 jours pour visiter Paris et l’endroit était parfait pour pouvoir se déplacer. Le propriétaire réactif au question et sympathique.

Adatto a chi ha un forte spirito di adattamento e a chi vuol spendere poco

La posizione e il prezzo sicuramente sono un’aspetto che rende questo monolocale allettante. La comodità dei letti ci ha stupito positivamente. Boulangerie vicina molto buona e i proprietari molto presenti anche se il check-in non avviene con “contatto” ma tramite indicazioni date via messaggi, ma comunque chiare e semplici da capire.

Purtroppo molte cose. Per cominciare la pulizia del monolocale non era soddisfacente e inoltre nonostante in casa fossero presenti gli accessori per pulire (es.scopa) non erano per niente ben tenuti, per cui non riuscivi a pulire per bene la stanza nei giorni successivi. Il bagno è fin troppo piccolo, ai limiti dell utilizzabile, dico solo che è largo 70cm!!! Quindi se non siete persone snelle vi sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui o non potrete lavarvi. Le mura e la porta della casa sembrano di carta pesta per cui se vorrete dormire più a lungo non riuscirete perché sentirete chi scende e sale le scale o chi chiacchiera. Il palazzo in generale un po’ fatiscente. Le lenzuola non erano proprio pulite e gli asciugamani per la doccia macchiati.

Tuvimos problemas con la limpieza pero está bien

Escribí para quejarme, ya que, sobre todo, veía las sábanas sucias. Daissy me atendió con mucha amabilidad, con bastante atención y respeto. Se disculpó y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien toda la estancia. La ubicación, a pesar de no estar en la zona de París centro, está muy cerca en metro y el transporte a sido fácil.

Punto strategico

La posizione è ottima e il quartiere anche. Molti servizi tra cui ristoranti, supermercati ecc.. L'host è stata molto disponibile e veloce con qualsiasi problematica riscontrata.

Unico intoppo l'acqua calda nella caldaia finiva dopo 10 minuti. Consigliato per singole persone in quanto molto piccolo ma ottimo appoggio per piccoli alloggi.

Aconchegante, funcional mas funciona melhor para viagens solo

É organizado e tem de tudo, super fácil localização Cerca de 3 mins do metrô, a daissy é super prestativa e tirou todas as dúvidas. Check-in fácil e descomplicado Dentro do estúdio é disponibilizado um frigobar ao lado da cama, achamos super conveniente e as padarias perto são incríveis Quando chegamos o ambiente estava super limpo e organizado, bem cheirozinho

Para duas pessoas não funcionou bem por alguns pontos: É um studio, consecultivamente não há espaço para andar nem ficar em pé quando a cama de casal está montada, então para duas pessoas se arrumarem era sempre um caos Não havia água quente suficiente, então eram apenas banhos hiper rápidos (2-3 mins) para tirar o suor do dia e sem lavar o cabelo. A água fria era congelante O quarto não tem janela e o banheiro tem um vidro para o quarto, então nunca tínhamos privacidade. Não conseguimos usar bem o chuveiro (isso talvez seja nossa culpa) mas o box era super pequeno, meu marido não conseguia entrar nele direito (alguém mais gordo não entra, a porta tem cerca de 50cm) talvez por isso o chuveiro sempre jogava água pra fora e o chão ficava molhado (o que começa a ser um problema quando está 5°C e o banheiro nao tem aquecedor) As paredes são bem finas de drywall, então se ouve tudo que se passa nos outros apartamentos e vice versa Conclusão Funciona e é uma boa hospedagem, mas não sei se para casais é a melhor opção Para viagens solo recomendo 100%
