I booked this property based on the reviews, photos and description. Overall it exceeded my expectations: the view of Menton from the front terrace was like a postcard; the additional terrace at the rear was very private with sun loungers and the swimming pool was very handy for the children and relatively quiet even in high season; the apartment was extremely well fitted out, especially in the kitchen with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need; the bathroom was lovely; the beds were large in size with mattress toppers and very comfy pillows and duvets - the air conditioning and shutters meant that we slept extremely well. The location in the Garavan area is very peaceful away from the busier town centre yet only 10 mins walk from the supermarket, 15 mins walk from Plage Des Sablettes and around 20mins to Menton. There are some steps to access the apartment complex but this was welcomed for us and there were beautiful views. Within a 10 minute walk you can also visit Italy and the train station nearby is extremely convenient too. Mia was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful with lots of recommendations and even accommodated a late check out. I cannot think of anything to improve and would highly recommend!

Very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated, beautiful view, hosts very responsive+helpful

All is perfect, the only thing to notice is that you are a 30min walk from downtown Menton/ or 5min bus/car ride

The flat is lovely and the view of Old Menton and the sea is priceless. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view, the sunshine and church bells as well as the gorgeous evening view from the private terrace.

The location on a very high hill with a steep driveway to get in and out of the property was a little daunting at first as we’re older, always on foot and not so sure footed. We got used to it and enjoyed the close proximity to the train; a 10 min. ride to Ventimiglia, Italy or daily trips to Nice or Monaco!
