Apartament situat a les afores de Collioure, però a pocs minuts caminant del centre (5-10 minuts). Comoditat d'aparcament gratuït davant l'apartament. Apartament petit però bonic, molt còmode i amb molta netedat. Molts estris de cuina i gran varietat. Aire acondicionat. Propietari molt atent i ràpid en contestar qualsevol dubte o demanda.

Entrada i sortida de l'apartament una mica feixuga al haver de recollir la clau i haver de desfer camí amb el cotxe per aixecar la barrera de l'urbanització. Accés a l'apartament una mica tard (17h.), tot i que si està disponible abans, el propietari avisa.

Superbe appartement à 500 m de la mer avec une très belle vue sur Collioure Propriétaire super sympa. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous n’avons pas vu le temps passer.

The location was great, a short walk into the town centre and not too much of a slope to walk back after dinner in the evening. The accommodation itself was nicely presented, but elements of it were dated and there was a few things that needed attention; for example the bathroom had a lovely shower but the shower screen was loose, when we looked there was not a screw in the retaining bar. The patio doors did not lock, it appeared that one of the fixing points was misaligned, so we were very careful to keep the security shutter down. The property owner however told us that he had "used his remote control to open the shutters" after we had moved all our things in and were down in the town having a look around!

It was not at all obvious from the original listing (at least not to us) that the host was expecting a £500 damage deposit prior to arrival. If we had not pre-paid for our stay then this requirement would have stopped us staying at the property, as it was we had to go through with this otherwise we would have lost 2-nights accommodation money. For additional detail the request for this £500 pre-payment came through to us the same day that another booking we had made sent us an email warning about WhatsApp scams; the owner used WhatsApp to communicate with us rather than staying on the Booking.com platform. We did however get all our money back on vacating the property.
