Recently built apartment (2020/2021) and very well equipped, with a Loggia with panoramic views of the bay of Collioure and a small garden with a terrace raised by studs which allows you to admire the bell tower of the emblematic Notre Dame des Anges church.

The town of Collioure, which is written in Catalan as Cotlliure, is a beautiful little town in the Pyrénées-Orientales, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, located on the Côte Vermeille, on the Mediterranean Sea.
Collioure is less than 20 kilometres from Spain.
This town is famous for its geographical location and heritage, which has truly seduced many artists, and many art and painting galleries have set up shop in the city's colourful streets.
The town of Collioure is crossed by several torrents: the Douy (or Dui), the Coma Xeric, the Correc d'en Baus, the Ravaner (forming the border with Argelès-sur-Mer), coming from the surrounding mountains and the ditches of the vineyards.
They generally only flow when rains water the region; as a result they are regularly dry and their bed is used as parking lots and streets (such as the Coma Xeric, the Dui, the Cadenisse/Caganisse and Cagareil streams at the rue Voltaire).
But sometimes they overflow during storms, flooding nearby houses and carrying vehicles into the port.
The climate that characterises the commune is described as a "Mediterranean climate" in the classification established by Météo-France, which now counts, at first glance, only five main types of climate in mainland France.
For this type of climate, winters are mild and summers hot, with plenty of sunshine and frequent strong winds.
Due to its geographical position (the hills that surround it and overlook the city, its very accessible port, its proximity to Spain), the city of Collioure has throughout its history been the subject of a particular interest for all kinds of fortifications and armaments.

Travelling at a speed of 30 km/h, the yellow train allows you to discover the Pyrénées-Orientales in an original way, very gently.
At the bend in the road, keep your eyes wide open to try to catch a glimpse of a small mountain village, the silhouette of an old Romanesque church, not to mention the Cambre d'Aze or Carlit massifs!
To reach the village from the Ecrin residence, allow 5 minutes by walking fast, and 10 minutes in "walk" mode.
To swim in the Faubourg or on the Platja de Cotlliure (1 boulevard du Boramar), allow 7 to 10 minutes of operation.
