In a family and wooded residence, refurbished apartment of 60m2, 3 sides, with panoramic views of all of Collioure, its village, its bay and its monuments (from the bell tower to the St Elme). Second and last floor, with independent entrance.
10 minutes walk from the city center, shops and beaches of Collioure.
Entrance with cupboard; master bedroom with 160 cm bed and cupboard; children's bedroom with bunk beds, sofa bed and cupboard; beautiful living room with sofa, TV, ceramic dining table (2m by 1m); new and modern kitchen with granite worktop (fully equipped, in particular, with oven, microwave oven, large dishwasher, cellar and dolce gusto machine); new bathroom with double sink, heated towel rail and shower (washing machine in the garage); separate toilet.
AIR CONDITIONING (1 in the living room, and 1 in each bedroom).
PRIVATE GARAGE of 42 m2 on the first floor with washing machine and free spaces at the foot of the apartment.
TERRACE of about 10 m2 with dining table (6 people) at the front (East) with panoramic view of the bay of Collioure and its monuments (including Collioure Bell Tower/Royal Castle/Mill/Saint-Elme).
At the back, Mediterranean GARDEN with wooden terrace, deckchair and PLANCHA Forge Adour two burners (west).
Apartment made for 2 adults (no more) and 2 children (3 children maximum).

I had an excellent stay here. The property is well located with brilliant views of the town and bay. This is one of the best equipped properties I have ever stayed in with high quality kitchen equipment, fixtures and fittings views from the lounge area and balcony are excellent. Remote operated shades, shutters and air-con keep you cool. The only thing to aware of the is its location is quite a steep walk back from the town, but the views easily compensate. The garage beneath the apartment is large and good for keeping your vehicle secure and out of the sun plus there are addition parking spaces. I enjoyed my stay very much and fully recommend this for your trip to Collioure.

The house/appartment is very well equiped and offers all the comfort you want.
City centre is just over 10 minutes by foot. In hot a day the way up can be a challenge.
The view from the apparment is breath taking.
