About this villa rental
Open all year round in the Vermeille Coast, enjoy a villa, composed of 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, whose capacity and configuration are ideal for a stay with family or friends in Collioure.
A quiet place where you can claim a deserved rest!
This holiday home (700m from the village) with an area of 120 m² is a 2 * furnished apartment with ANCV agreement (holiday vouchers), and includes a ground floor with one floor on a fully enclosed plot. Very pleasant house and exteriors.
On the ground floor, you will find:
A fitted kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, maxi-oven, toaster, etc.
Dining room: sofa, chest of drawers, integrated TV / DVD, wardrobe, table and chairs.
2 bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, another with 2 80 cm beds that can make a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, wardrobe.
Shower room with shower, basin, bidet. Separate WC.

2 bedrooms: 1 with 140 cm bed, wardrobe, 1 other with 160 cm bed and a single bed, wardrobe.
Living room with sofa bed for 1 person, buffet, table and chairs
Shower room with shower, sink, bidet. Separate WC.
Outside courtyard: barbecue, garden furniture, bench
Room with a washing machine
Ground behind the house to play boules (bring your games!).
Do not hesitate to book your stay in our villa, which will bring all the necessary comfort for your vacation.
The off-season rates (from October 1 to May 30) do not include electricity charges. (15 cts / kwh according to consumption).
Linen not provided. Linen kit rental on request including sheets, towels and table linen = € 22 per kit / person
Tourist tax: 0.99 cts / day / person over 18 years old
Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee: € 85
Optional wifi connection: 18 € / week
Supplement € 6.50 / day / person for a group of more than 8 people
Baby kit: Cot, high chair, changing mat and bath (€ 15 / week)
Pets allowed after agreement of the owner 45.50 € / week
Deposit: 25% upon reservation
Balance: 2 weeks before the start of the rental
Guarantee deposit 1000 € + check of 85 € (if you do not opt for the cleaning package). These checks are returned on the day of departure after inventory.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la maison, son calme et ses extérieurs. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison.

Grande maison, avec grand jardin, tres bien équipée ,à la déco démodée..Nous avons apprécié le petit chemin piéton qui part du fond du jardin, et qui rejoins le centre ville...Malheureusement nos nuits ont été perturbées par le bruit de la girouette sur le toit....
